When ordering from 1000 AED with a one-time payment, we provide free delivery. For example, with a one-time payment for an annual subscription, you get shipping all the sets for free!
How quickly will I receive the order?

On average, an order is formed in the warehouse for 1-2 days, and then everything depends on the remoteness of the delivery region. We send a tracking number or a link to track the order to each client by email.
Can I exchange or return the product?

If you received fragrances with a factory defect, the items are subject to exchange or refund. In the case of an exchange, you need to fill out an application in the feedback form with the order number and photos on which the nature of the marriage and the barcode are distinguishable. After receiving the exchange request, an employee of the claims department will contact you. When exchanging, you need to present the product itself and the accompanying documents for the order. If the exchange is not possible, the funds are refunded to the current account. To do this, you need to fill out an application for a refund, specifying the bank details, and send a copy of the completed application via the feedback form. A copy of the receipt must be attached to the letter (if available).
Who selects the fragrances?

The fragrances are selected by a program that uses big data analysis, taking into account all the parameters and preferences of each user, as well as the evaluation of perfumes in the already received sets. The system is constantly being trained and becomes more accurate.
Is the set suitable as a gift?

Of course! The set looks very presentable and is decorated with high quality. The box is nice to hold in your hands, it is made of very high – quality designer paper, the packaging is so rustling as it should be, the miniatures are packed in a beautiful branded packaging, the samples are most often attached to a cardboard book with a description of the fragrance.
Can I create my own sets myself?

The service is aimed at a specific goal – to find perfumes that you will like and that you will be able to use with pleasure in the future. We will show you all the variety of perfumes, including classic fragrances and trendy novelties, shifting the choice towards those that suit you. Without the desire and courage to try new things, it is impossible to make discoveries. And the world of perfumery is full of such discoveries! But if you would like to try some fragrances which you know, you can order them separately.
How long does the subscription last?

You can subscribe for 6 or 12 months. There is also an option to issue the first trial set.
What is included in the set?

The set consists of a box with 1, 2 or 4 mini formats of perfumes: samples 4,5 ml.

What kind of perfumes do you add in box?

We receive all products from the largest suppliers with the mandatory submission of Declarations of Conformity of the Eurasian Economic Union. We provide both - luxe and niche fragrances.
If I don’t like all the perfumes in the box?

Practically not, but everything is possible. Most often, this means a love for rare families of fragrances, which we will also be able to send in sets! In this case, it will be especially important to fill out the Quiz and give feedback that we ask you to fill out after receiving each set.
How do I place an order?

On the website www.fansofscents.com choose a subscription option (6 months or a year) and specify how many perfumes you want to receive in each set (1, 2 or 4). Fill out the Questionnaire, indicating your preferences, and choose the delivery method. Choose the payment method (online via the link/on the website or upon receipt at the branch of the transport company). Every month after that, you will receive a set of perfumes collected according to your preferences!
