Can I exchange or return the product?
If you received fragrances with a factory defect, the items are subject to exchange or refund. In the case of an exchange, you need to fill out an application in the feedback form with the order number and photos on which the nature of the marriage and the barcode are distinguishable. After receiving the exchange request, an employee of the claims department will contact you. When exchanging, you need to present the product itself and the accompanying documents for the order.
If the exchange is not possible, the funds are refunded to the current account. To do this, you need to fill out an application for a refund, specifying the bank details, and send a copy of the completed application via the feedback form. A copy of the receipt must be attached to the letter (if available).
